Serve Others: Summit House Openings
October 28, 2012
Sioux Falls Seminary’s Summit House has rooms available for any student looking to live together in community and serve the Pettigrew Heights neighborhood of Sioux Falls. Students have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of area residents.
Rent is reduced in exchange for five hours of service within the surrounding community. Sports night, weekly BBQ's with residents, after-school programs, and a tool-lending library are just a few of the many ways in which students serve their neighbors.
Summit House has amenities such as its own library, exercise equipment, fenced in backyard, garden, and much more.
To learn more about living at Summit House or to learn how to you can come alongside student residents, contact Kevin Stogstad, Director of Operations for Summit House at Sioux Falls Seminary, by calling 605-941-3962 or e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
