3. Write an Autobiographical Statement
4. Secure Two Recommendations
One recommendation must come from a pastor. The other recommendation can be completed by an employer, professor, or personal acquaintance. Please note: forms should not be completed by members of your immediate family. Individuals giving recommendations may either complete a .pdf copy mailed by the applicant to them or they may simply go online and fill out the online recommendation form. 5. Submit Official Transcripts
Official transcripts in sealed envelopes are required and must be sent from every undergraduate and graduate institutions attended.
Applicants applying for the Master of Arts in Counseling degree program will be interviewed as part of the application process. Interviews with faculty members may be requested prior to admission to other degree programs on an as needed basis.
