Flexibility in Learning

Sioux Falls Seminary offers residential learning in both Sioux Falls, SD, and Omaha, NE.  Students pursing their education either full or part-time in Sioux Falls and Omaha have access to traditional, online, intensive courses as well as independent studies and night classes.

Online and Distance Learning
Can't relocate or commit to full-time learning?  Sioux Falls Seminary will bring seminary life to you through the use of online and distance learning.  A number of online and hybrid courses are offered each semester.  Distance learning options are also available for the Master of Divinity, Master of Arts in Christian Leadership, and the Graduate Certificate in Theological Studies.  In addition, many Doctor of Ministry students complete their programs from a distance.  Specific requirements for our distance programs are available in our academic catalog and in our degree program descriptions.

Enrichment and Lifelong Learning
We value lifelong learning and enjoy walking alongside our students--not only during their years at seminary--but throughout their entire lives.  In addition to our accredited degree programs at the Master and Doctoral level, we also offer non-accredited programs and workshops aimed at providing enrichment and learning in specific areas.

Explore Community Life at Sioux Falls Seminary

There are many opportunities to get involved in seminary life beyond the classroom experience.  Koinonia Groups, weekly worship and community meals, Houses of Study, and involvement in planning student life and worship activities are a few of the ways to experience community life at Sioux Falls Seminary.
