Position summary (attached ad contains more specifics): The next pastor of Crossroads Community Church will be one with a Kingdom vision, a plan to carry it out, and the fortitude to follow through as the Spirit leads. His/her life will clearly reflect the Biblical attributes of an elder/overseer as described in 1 Timothy. It is our desire to find a leader with a servant heart, grounded in the Word of God, comfortable in communicating clearly across generational and cultural gaps, and one that possesses a personal sense of balance between the ‘doing’ and ‘delegating’ of pastoral leadership.
