How to Apply

Thank you for your interest in applying to Sioux Falls Seminary! There are two ways to obtain an application packet for admission to Sioux Falls Seminary:

1. Begin the procedure by filling out an online application form for the Doctor of Ministry program or one of our masters programs. When you're finished, you will have completed a large portion of the process and will receive instructions for the remaining items. You will also be able to download the rest of the application packet in .pdf format and print it off on your printer. Be sure to take a minute to create a log in and password to utilize the application saving feature.  Once started, save often to capture your progress.  

2. Print off a pdf version of the application packet. The application includes instructions for applicants. Reference forms are to be distributed by you to the individuals you have chosen and then sent directly by those individuals to the Office of Admissions.

Please mail all completed forms to Sioux Falls Seminary, 2100 S. Summit Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57105.

Interviews
An interview will be required for entrance into all family systems programs. Arrangements will be made by the admissions office once all written materials are received.

Just Want to Take a Class?
If you just want to take a class and not apply for admission to one of our degree programs, please download and complete a Registration Form along with the Information Form. (These forms can be downloaded in the Forms Section of the Registrar's page.) The Information Form acts as a general application for those not applying to a degree program and only needs to be completed once.
